COFFEE IN CHINA

Posted by coffee

China

It is Yunnan, a south west province of China known for its arabica coffee plantation and processing area. Where a mountainous region is crossed by the Tropic of Cancer, the northern edge of tropical belt. The summer temperatures in Yunnan are modified by higher altitudes and good rainfall, and the mild, dry winters enjoy a temperature range of 8 - 20 oC/ 46 - 68oF. However, the Chinese are well known as the tea drinker rather the coffee. And you probably would think about the "tea" rather the "coffee" from China. For the China has known for their best tea production in the world since the tea plant and processing method were discovered by the Chinese.  Image this,  a cup of best tea from China and a cup of best coffee from China, which one do you choose for yourself to enjoy? For your information before you choose one of them, the price of best tea from China range about US$ 100 to 1,000 per kilogram.
