French Polynesia
It is bourbon coffee grown on various of 130 island of this French Overseas Territory which spread out over a Pacific ares the size of Europe. Each of which carries out its own wet processing, and the coffee is then sent to Papeete and Tahiti, for hulling and grading. The large bean coffee has been described as pleasantly mild rather than acidic, with good strength and aroma, and is therefore a well rounded satisfying cup.
