Thailand"Thai" means "free", so, Thailand mean "free country" since Thailand never been occupied by any colonist country. So, the current coffee crop from Thailand is about one million bags which is mostly robusta. Some arabica is grown in the highlands of the north and north west. Thailand is well known for its agricultural crops all around the world, it produces good international standard quality such as coconut, durian, mango, and life plant or cut. And Thailand is eager to increase the coffee cultivation for fulfill the Thailand population. Probably to strike international market in coming years. Well, the coffee quality from Thailand is not well known yet by the coffee lovers, but Thailand is well known to have the ability to keep improving quality of their crops. We will see, is Thailand will able to compete the international coffee market as the standard good quality coffee as others country that produce gourmet quality or not.
